Fixing A Leak By Installing A New Asphalt Roofing System

This homeowner in Ocean City, NJ was having a roof leak that he suspected was coming from where a small roof on his home meets into a wall. Upon inspection we determined that this was most likely the culprit. With heavy rains lately in our area this leak was becoming problematic.

We installed a new roofing system that consisted of GAF Timberline UHDZ shingles (ultra shingles) for added security against the leak. We also discovered where the water was getting in at and replaced 1 sheet of plywood, as well as the step flashing to make sure this issue never happens again.
